Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance reasons. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at support@albarakah.com with your order number and clear images of the product. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment option used.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
